I think I'll make some felty mittens to match, eventually. I wonder if it's reasonable to churn out a project per week for xmas, starting in November? hmmmm.

What a beautiful hat! I just made it a week or two ago and thought it was so much fun.
Can't wait to see your mittens.
BTW, one project a week is doable, as long as they're not too ambitious, e.g. sweaters, shawls and afghans. I suggest "scheduling" projects only through mid-December - to give you wiggle room in case you're behind and to give you time to wrap and all those other holiday chores. Have fun!
