fell off the yarn-diet wagon
Well, I bought a little yarn. But only $15 worth!! I bought some Katia Alba in black to knit Tempting which is designed by a Seattle knitter! I think she is adorable. We are similarly sized, though I've got 2" and 8 pounds on her. So, hopefully, this yarn will work up nicely and the top will look decent on me. I'm not so into the big bow, so I think I will use some purple grosgrain ribbon and attach a belt buckle type thing.
I want to get it done in time to wear for easter brunch, which always happens chez moi. I'm envisioning a flirty skirt with a black & purple print. I have the perefct shoes to pull the whole thing together. If I don't find a skirt that appeals, I'll just pair it with jeans and the same shoes.
I'm making myself finish the back of Ribby before I even cast on for Tempting, though. I will finish this!!
